Is there a time period for return policy?
Yes, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to the 7-day hesitation period of the arrival of the goods (the first day after the receipt of the goods; if the seventh day is a holiday, it is automatically delayed to the next day.) Please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period.
※Not applicable for seven-day appreciation period: Personal sanitary items (such as: masks) For hygiene reasons, unless the goods themselves are defective, or if the actual shipments and do not match the order, once opened, used or deformed by consumers, the product will not be accepted for return. Returned merchandise must be kept in the original state (requires the integrity of the merchandise, packaging, gifts, accessories, invoices, warranty cards), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

What are the payment options?
『 Credit Card 』：
Through ECPay electronic commerce payments, domestic and foreign approved VISA, MasterCard, and JCB are accepted.
『 ATM/Wire transfer』：
Transfers from bank, ATM, or online banking are accepted.
Please note: For orders choosing to pay by"ATM/Wire transfer", please fulfill the payment within 3 days after placing the order, or the order will be cancelled.
『 Cash on Delivery 』：
Simply pay cash to the express courier when the merchandise is delivered.
『 Convenience Store Pick Up 』:
Collect on Delivery to 7-11 or Family Mart in Taiwan.

Are there any difference between the merchandise from the online store and from the retail stores?
While the online store and the retail stores belong to different revenues, there are no distinctive differences between the merchandise sold, except for pricing or lagniappe during sales events. Please refer to this website for product details. It is recommended to ask the retail stores for stocking even if the online store is out of stock.
After placing the order, can I change the merchandise or quantity, or add other merchandise?
Sorry, once a order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified online. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of the order to edit the order.

Can I specify date or time of delivery?
Generally it takes one to three workdays (not including holidays) to prepare and ship the order. If you need to specify a delivery date, please leave a comment when placing the order, we will try to fulfil the request, but the actual shipping date depends on logistics; if we are unable to fulfil the request, we will contact you to discuss other dates. The delivery time depends on the express service and cannot be specified. Apologies in advance.
Can I split the order into multiple receipts?
No, one receipt for one order; if you need multiple receipts, please consider placing multiple orders separately.
